Hello, my name is John MacGillivray. I opened our business on Dominion Road Mt Eden in 1994, having been a manager in a chain of health shops for several years prior to this.

WE SPECIALISE IN NUTRITION

Originally trained in Iridology and practising for many years, I embarked on developing my Nutrition knowledge and further understanding of bodily structure and function, pulling both fields together.

We are a family orientated health food shop with a heavy focus on ethical trading. This is great news, for you the customer are our main focus.

We are one of the last independently owned and operated health food stores. We have been in busness for over 28 years and still are passionate about the health of our clientele. We are focussed on improving your health, not taking your money!

This, of course, means getting the correct nutritional advice and ensuring that what you are taking is right for you – and NOT buying supplements that you DO NOT NEED!

Monday to Friday

10am to 5pm
